RAMROCK Acquires Ridgmar Mall, Announces Plans for Ridgmar Logistics Crossing
Six-building, 930,960-square-foot Class A logistics campus planned for the former mall site in Fort Worth
FORT WORTH, Texas – Aug. 5, 2026 — RAMROCK Real Estate, LLC today announced the acquisition of Ridgmar Mall and plans to redevelop the property as Ridgmar 30 Logistics Crossing, a six-building Class A development totaling approximately 930,960 square feet. Located at the northeast corner of Interstate 30 and State Highway 183 in Fort Worth, the project will replace the long-vacant mall with an institutional-quality logistics campus in one of North Texas’ fastest growing corridors.
The project represents a significant investment in one of Fort Worth’s most prominent redevelopment sites. The redevelopment is being planned with careful consideration of its proximity to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and will return a long-underutilized property to productive use while supporting Fort Worth’s continued economic growth.
As part of the redevelopment effort, RAMROCK has partnered with KBC Advisors and Lincoln Property Company to assist with project planning, leasing and development execution.
“This acquisition represents the culmination of more than two years of engagement with elected officials and other community leaders to assess support for redeveloping the Ridgmar Mall site,” said Tony Creme, Partner at KBC Advisors Texas. “The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and as a result, our collective teams are excited to partner with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County to revitalize this blighted site which was once a vibrant hub of social and economic activity in the community.”
RAMROCK is working with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County on planning and entitlement efforts, and local officials have expressed support for the project’s potential to revitalize the site, generate new investment, create jobs and contribute to the area’s long-term economic development goals. The project follows more than two years of engagement with elected officials and community leaders to evaluate the site’s redevelopment potential.
“Ridgmar Logistics Crossing represents an exceptional opportunity to deliver institutional-quality logistics space in one of Fort Worth’s most strategic locations,” said Tom Kuhlmann, executive vice president of industrial for Lincoln Property Company. “The combination of location, scale and market demand positions this project to become a premier logistics destination that will serve North Texas for decades.”
Additional details, including construction timing, leasing opportunities and future tenant announcements, will be shared as planning progresses.
