Alex Aigner

Alex Aigner is an Executive Vice President of Development at Lincoln Property Company, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout Washington and Oregon. With over six years of experience at Lincoln, Alex has led and overseen the development of over $1 billion in projects. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for all business operations in Washington.

Throughout his time with Lincoln, Alex has been responsible for notable project such as The Gateway Building, 222 5th, Cascadian, ZoomInfo World HQ, Sky Ranch Industrial, and Triton Towers.  Alex oversees Lincoln’s development pipeline in the Pacific Northwest which includes over 1,500 multi-family units and more that 500,000 square feet of commercial, retail and life science developments.

Alex joined Lincoln in 2019 after working with Ryan Companies, where he was part of the development and construction team. Alex’s background includes working with top commercial brokerage firms such as CBRE and Kidder Matthews, as well as experience in owner’s representation, development and general contracting.
