Alex Cholet

Alex Cholet joined Lincoln Property Company in the Brokerage Services Group in 2022 earning a promotion in under two years to Assistant Vice President after transferring to the Tenant Advisory Group. With all the complexities that come with real estate in and around the Nation’s capital, Alex is one of the areas experts.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alex began his Real Estate career in Residential Property Management. After amassing a client book of over 200 property owners, he ventured into multi-family investments which paved the way to Commercial Leasing working as a Tenant Advisor with Tenant Base, where he managed client searches for new commercial leases. Alex leased over 100,000 sq. ft. of office, retail, and industrial space in his first year.

Alex attended Towson University where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Economics. He currently holds a real estate Brokerage license in Virginia as well as salesperson licenses in Texas, Virginia, Maryland and DC.
