Alexa Nolan

As Vice President, Alexa Nolan supports new data center acquisitions and investments on behalf of Lincoln Property Company’s data center group, Data Center Investments. Alexa has spent her entire real estate career focused on data centers, beginning in 2018 in a brokerage capacity with JLL’s Dallas-based Data Center Solutions Group. Following a recruitment effort by Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) to bolster its data center practice group, Alexa joined C&W in 2020 alongside her former JLL colleagues as an Analyst. During her 4-year tenure in brokerage, Alexa supported the data center requirements of large enterprise and Fortune 500 users, focusing primarily on colocation site selection and leasing. While at C&W, she supported numerous high-profile data center leasing transactions across the country yielding over $150 million in total contract value.

In 2022, Alexa joined current Lincoln Data Center group lead, Ryan Sullivan, at San-Francisco-based investment manager, GI Partners, as an Asset Management Associate. During her tenure at GI Partners, Alexa supported the asset management of approximately $8.0B in AUM across three funds comprised of data center, life sciences and other technology-advantaged assets. While at GI, Alexa was primarily focused on the asset management and leasing functions for data center assets, including One Wilshire in Los Angeles, CA, one of the world’s most vital interconnection hubs.
