Ali Daubert

In her role as COO, Ali’s responsibilities include implementing, enhancing, and evolving company operations that align with the current and future real estate marketplace. She is a key decision-maker on all major company decisions in pursuit of Lincoln’s growth strategy to ensure its long-term success. She is also key to the operational transformation required to evolve Lincoln from a founder-led to a professionalized and centralized organization.

Her leadership spans all areas of the organization, including its full line of real estate services, corporate holdings, and investments. She also oversees all the company’s corporate holdings and employees.

Since joining Lincoln in 2023, Ali has led the company’s first-ever acquisition with the purchase of RiverRock Real Estate Group. The RiverRock acquisition doubled the size of Lincoln’s Property Management portfolio in the Western U.S.

Throughout her career, Ali has participated in and consulted on hundreds of transactions, representing billions in enterprise value. Notably, in her former role as a partner at Baker Tilly, she oversaw buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out engagements for both private equity and corporate clients. In addition to her transactions work, she founded Baker Tilly’s fund administration platform and led the firm’s GROW chapter in North Texas, an organization that supports the growth and development of women in the workplace.

Prior to Baker Tilly, Ali served as an investment professional at RUBICON Technology Partners in Silicon Valley where she managed billions of dollars in private equity investments. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
