Ali Roesener

Ali Roesener is a senior vice president with 14 years experience with a focus on Landlord representation and investment acquisition/disposition. She specializes in Industrial real estate and has a portfolio of over 2 million square feet. She gained her SIOR accreditation in 2023 and is acitvie in SIOR’s Southern Nevada Chaper. Ali’s background also includes her work as director of Southern Nevada Capital Corporation — evaluating investments, devolvement, managing loans, and handling real estate distributions.

Outside of the office, Roesener competes in equestrian show jumping and is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation and the United States Hunter/Jumper Association. Her previous community volunteer work includes supporting the Nevada Community Foundation and Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation.
