Her professional background includes 21 years in commercial construction, providing her with a deep understanding of building systems, capital planning, and asset lifecycle management.
Alicia leads a team of talented and dedicated property management professionals and is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening client and tenant relationships, and aligning property and asset strategies with ownership objectives.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and maintains a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson License and Property Management Permit.
