Anna Honeycutt

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Sustainability for Lincoln Property Company, Anna Honeycutt is an experienced leader responsible for spearheading the company’s Sustainability initiatives and providing comprehensive oversight of the Human Resources organization. She and her team are focused on standardizing critical HR functions and policies, unifying them across the company. Anna’s strategic vision prioritizes enhancing the employee experience and strengthening Lincoln’s people-first culture. In addition, she oversees company and client-specific sustainability program delivery, ensuring that standardized sustainability initiatives and deliverables are integrated across Lincoln service lines and implemented for our clients.

Anna joined Lincoln in 2005 as a regional Corporate Controller, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and a key leader in Lincoln’s operations in the Carolinas. In this role, she oversaw all accounting and finance functions for Lincoln, providing strategic direction for the accounting teams that support the company’s transactions and client relationships.

Outside of work, her favorite things are watching her teenaged son playing soccer and relaxing with a good book by the waves at Pawley’s Island, SC.
