Ashleigh Rossi is a Vice President in Lincoln Property Company’s Baltimore office, focused on achieving exceptional outcomes for his landlord and tenant clients. She began her commercial real estate career in 2010 with Carr Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. market. In 2015, she joined MacRo Commercial Real Estate in Frederick, Maryland, where she was promoted to Vice President in 2018. She helped oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, bringing a broad perspective to both client service and the commercial real estate industry.
Ashleigh specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, representing a diverse range of clients, including a focus on industrial users—from emerging start-ups and growing local businesses to established regional and national companies.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ashleigh is deeply committed to serving her community and has held leadership and board roles with several local and regional organizations, including the Mental Health Association of Frederick County, Maryland REALTORS®️, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Frederick Partnership, Community Foundation of Frederick County, SOUL Street, and the Frederick County Association of REALTORS®️.
Ashleigh is a graduate of Penn State University. She lives in Frederick, Maryland, with her husband, Jim, and their two children.
