Bill Hailey

Bill Hailey is an accomplished Project Director and Corporate Real Estate leader within Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group, bringing over 20 years of experience in design, construction, program development, and quality assurance.  Bill is highly skilled in managing the complexities of real estate operations, providing strategic oversight of large portfolios, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and leading high-profile projects, including the development of LEED Platinum-certified office campuses and the construction of resilient, high-performance trading floors and data centers.  

Prior to joining Lincoln, Bill served as Executive Director, Quality Assurance Senior Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, where he played an instrumental role of establishing a Quality Assurance Program for the four major real estate functions of their Corporate Properties Group.
