Brett Ratay joined Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and specializes in leasing suburban Chicago. His diverse background representing both landlords and tenants has provided a valuable understanding of the real estate transaction process. Brett’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and command of current market conditions ensures that his client’s assets are properly positioned to realize the highest possible value.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Brett was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since July 2005. His primary focus was representing tenants and owners in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans, including acquisitions, dispositions and lease negotiation.
Over the course of his career, Brett has successfully completed over 1,000 transactions and has been consistently recognized as a top producer.
