Brett Weekley

As Managing Director, Brett is responsible for all property management and operational activities for a diverse portfolio comprising office, industrial, mixed-use, medical, association, and retail assets located in Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire markets. He is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including the development and implementation of strategic asset plans, budgeting and forecasting, as well as the supervision of tenant improvements, capital projects, and capital reserve planning.

Brett began his career in 2011 with RiverRock Real Estate Group—a Lincoln Property Company—in Irvine, CA. In 2015, he joined Hines Interests LP before returning to RiverRock in 2018 to take on a leadership role, overseeing a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet across Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Brett attended California State University, Fullerton, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He holds a current California Real Estate License and is actively involved with BOMA and IREM. He currently serves on BOMA Orange County’s Executive Board and is an alumnus of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.

Brett achieved his RPA designation through BOMI International in 2016 and earned the CMCP designation through CRECI/BOMA in 2019.
