Brian Smallman

Brian joined Lincoln Property Company in 2010 as Senior Vice President and brings over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Lincoln, Brian worked at Jones Lang LaSalle with their downtown group starting in 2008. Prior to that, he was with the Staubach Company from 2002, focusing exclusively on tenant advisory services in the downtown market through its merger with Jones Lang LaSalle. 
 
Throughout his career, Brian has represented a diverse range of corporations and institutional clients in lease transactions and acquisitions. He provides exceptional market, financial, and strategic analysis while cultivating long-lasting relationships based on trust. 
 
Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College, where he was co-captain of the varsity lacrosse team and head coach for the women’s club soccer team. He is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and has served on the United Way Leadership Breakfast Committee. Additionally, he has been involved in coaching youth soccer and was a dedicated member of the Beverly Soccer Board for over a decade.
