Bryan Wynne

Bryan Wynne is a Houston native and accomplished real estate development professional with more than a decade of experience delivering Class-A multifamily and mixed-use projects across the Sunbelt. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in the development of over 2,400 multifamily units and 150,000 square feet of commercial retail space, bringing value through every stage of the development lifecycle.

His expertise includes land acquisition, financial underwriting, design coordination, and construction management, with a proven track record of guiding complex projects from concept to completion. Bryan’s experience spans both global and local platforms, including roles at Hines, a leading international real estate firm, as well as a respected Houston-based boutique development firm.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and college football.
