Carlo Kemp

Carlo joined Lincoln in April of 2026 as a broker associate, focusing on industrial real estate across the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range. His focus is on representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, seeking to build long-term relationships and deliver strategic solutions tailored to each client’s goals. His commitment to developing a deep understanding of the Denver industrial market ensures that Lincoln’s clients can make informed decisions and achieve lasting success. He is currently working on lease-up of the 466,000-square-foot Commerce Yards industrial development in Commerce City, CO.

Before launching his commercial real estate career, Carlo competed at the highest level as an NFL athlete, developing the discipline, accountability, and performance mindset that now shape his approach to serving clients.

A Colorado native, Carlo graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and a minor from the Ross School of Business.
