Casey Jarrett

Casey Jarrett joined Lincoln Property Company as Construction Manager in January 2023. He oversees tenant improvement projects in commercial office buildings and industrial properties and assists in the development and redevelopment of core and shell construction for the Lincoln portfolio that totals more than 7.7 million square feet.

With over 8 years of construction background, Casey has a diverse set of knowledge and experience from working in the field, managing projects as a GC Project Manager and bidding projects as a Precon Manager.  He has managed over $50 million in TI construction and generated $15+ million in revenue through awarded projects as an estimator.  He now coordinates closely with the Lincoln brokerage, property management team, landlord asset managers, and tenants to provide superior preconstruction and construction management services by optimizing efficiency, budget, and schedule.
