Catherine Strickland

Before joining Lincoln Property Company in 2024, Catherine Strickland demonstrated her commitment to delivering exceptional service and cultivating positive employee experiences in the tech and entertainment industries, most recently in the CPG, e-commerce and last-mile delivery space. Her servant and empathetic leadership style have empowered her skills in collaboration and teamwork, resulting in strong relationships with her colleagues. She has been on either side of mergers and acquisitions, directly involved with acclimating new employees to new cultures (sometimes even new countries) and guiding employees through challenging transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.

When she is not focused on her HR role, Catherine enjoys cooking healthy meals and plant-based desserts, exploring Los Angeles and the surrounding cities for interesting new restaurants, and spending time with her pitbulls and her family.
