Charley McGrath
Executive Vice President
Washington, DC
Charles (“Charley”) McGrath serves as Executive Vice President for Pennsylvania, where he is responsible for growing Lincoln’s platform across development, acquisitions, leasing, and property management. He leads strategic initiatives focused on creating value for clients and partners, including distressed asset repositioning, industrial and powered-land development opportunities, and office investments anchored by leading universities and healthcare systems. Leveraging deep relationships across Pennsylvania and the broader Mid-Atlantic region, Charley works to advance Lincoln’s integrated capabilities and drive long-term growth throughout the market.
With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Charley brings a unique combination of capital markets expertise, development leadership, and investment strategy. Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as Executive Managing Director at Newmark, where he co-led the Philadelphia capital markets platform, advising institutional clients on complex industrial, office, and residential investment sales, as well as structured finance transactions.
Prior to Newmark, Charley focused on the expansion of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets practice across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. In that role, he delivered full-cycle capital markets services – including asset valuation, investment advisory, and transactional execution – across all major property types, working closely with ownership groups, institutional investors, and private capital to drive transaction velocity and market coverage.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Charley spent 17 years with MRP Realty, ultimately establishing and leading the firm’s Northeast office. During his tenure, he managed the underwriting, acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of 6.9 million SF of real estate representing more than $2.2 billion in investment value. This track record was built alongside many of the industry’s most sophisticated institutional investors, including KKR, Goldman Sachs, Barings, BGO, Partners Group and Fortress.
