Chris Beets is a Senior Vice President specializing in the Las Vegas industrial and flex markets. With 19 years of experience, he has completed hundreds of transactions valued at more than $500 million, advising clients through valuation, financial analysis and real estate strategy.
Chris began his career with Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on investment sales and underwriting distressed assets. He later provided landlord and tenant representation services at Gatski Commercial, served as a director with Newmark Knight Frank for seven years and joined SystemCRE in 2020. He currently focuses on repositioning underperforming assets for sale and helping clients create long-term value.
