Corey Davidson joined Lincoln Property Company in 2025 as Executive Vice President, co-leading its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) advisory and transaction management platform. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering bespoke strategic consulting and brokerage solutions at the intersection of corporate finance and commercial real estate, driving portfolio optimization, capital restructuring, and asset monetization strategies that unlock long-term value for complex, multi-market corporate occupiers.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Corey spent 24 years with Savills, most recently serving as Vice Chairman of the firm’s Corporate Services Group. During his tenure, he led the execution of some of the largest and most significant real estate transactions in the United States, spanning build-to-suit developments, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructurings, and complex landlord recapitalizations — serving as a trusted advisor helping senior corporate leadership align real estate decisions with broader financial objectives and long-range enterprise strategy.
