Cubby Sporrong

Cubby Sporrong is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Investment Management division. She is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investment opportunities across a range of asset classes, with a focus on driving portfolio performance and identifying strategic growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Cubby was a Vice President at TPG Angelo Gordon, where she executed approximately $2.6 billion in real estate transactions across acquisitions and asset management. She led deal execution, joint venture structuring, and investment strategy development across more than $10 billion of potential transactions throughout the West Coast. Cubby also played a key role in shaping the firm’s industrial and regional investment theses, overseeing portfolio performance, and leading complex negotiations across joint venture, acquisition, and financing agreements. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate at Eastdil Secured, where she was involved in over $2.4 billion of equity sale and financing transactions across multiple asset classes.

Cubby is the founder of Arche, a national women’s network in commercial real estate with members across major U.S. markets.
