Daniel Younger is the Chief Strategy Officer at Lincoln Property Company, based in the firm’s Dallas headquarters. In this role, Dan works closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic growth initiatives and support the continued expansion and integration of Lincoln’s investment businesses, focusing on strategic capital formation, investor relations, investment operations, global fundraising, and executive recruiting. He also leads capital markets activities for the Western United States.
Since joining Lincoln in 2016, Dan has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, contributing to over $15 billion in acquisitions and development projects. His leadership and expertise have had a significant impact across the organization, helping to shape Lincoln’s growth and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Dan worked as a Financial Analyst in the Institutional and Metro Markets Group at Wells Fargo.
