David Arwady

David Arwady is a licensed architect with more than 30 years of experience leading complex commercial real estate project delivery programs. He joined Lincoln Property Company following a 25-year career at CBRE, where he led national project teams and oversaw large-scale capital programs for more than 30 clients concurrently. Most recently, David managed a high-performing organization of eight direct reports and more than 90 indirect team members.

As a results- and people-focused leader, David has executed projects across a wide range of environments, including highly technical and complex lab and media spaces, cafés and restaurants, LEED- and WELL-certified spaces, historic buildings, exterior workspaces, alternative workplace concepts, and educational facilities. His experience spans both individual projects and large, multi-site programs, requiring close coordination among diverse stakeholder groups.
