David DiPietro

David DiPietro joined Lincoln Property Company in 2025 as Executive Vice President on its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) team. Based in New York, David brings two decades of brokerage and advisory experience. He co-leads Lincoln’s CAS advisory and transaction management platform, expanding the firm’s capabilities in data analytics, financial structuring, asset monetization, and strategic planning for corporate occupiers.

Prior to joining Lincoln, David spent 17 years at Savills, most recently serving as Vice Chairman within the firm’s Corporate Services Group. During his tenure, he advised publicly and privately held clients on complex real estate strategy, financial structuring, and location-based planning initiatives, including portfolio consolidations, relocations, and build-to-suit transactions. His experience spans traditional leasing as well as advanced structures such as sale-leasebacks and credit tenant lease (CTL) financings. Earlier in his career, David worked as a consultant at Accenture within the Health & Life Sciences Group where he performed strategic advisory analyses, process restructurings and technology implementations for pharmaceutical and health services corporations.
