David Krumwiede

David Krumwiede, a native Arizonan, is a four-decade veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Over his career, he has developed more than 20 million square feet and acquired over 10 million square feet of Class A commercial assets across the Southwest. He began his career in 1986 with OPUS, where he spent nearly 15 years and rose to Vice President of Southwest Operations. In 2001, he joined Lincoln Property Company as Regional Partner, where he continues to lead one of the firm’s most successful regions spanning Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

His expertise includes development, acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing, joint ventures, leasing, and asset and property management. A graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Krumwiede is deeply engaged in both the community and the industry. Nationally, he serves on NAIOP’s Board of Directors and its Corporate Executive Committee as the 2026 Vice Chair for Membership & Chapter Relations. He is also a past president of NAIOP Arizona, where he received the organization’s prestigious Award of Excellence in 2023, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), and a former Honorary Commander of Luke Air Force Base’s 56th Fighter Wing.
