Don Bowers

Don Bowers is a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company and is responsible for development and construction of commercial properties located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. In this role, he oversees development and construction of commercial office, flex, and industrial properties.

Since joining Lincoln, Don has helped manage the development and construction of over 10 million square feet of shell space (office, retail, and industrial) and approximately three million square feet of tenant work. He has been with Lincoln since 1986. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Don was employed with Brandt Engineering in Austin and Dallas, Texas.
