In 1995, Doug joined Lincoln Property Company where he has been responsible for Institutional Office Landlord brokerage and marketing in Northern Virginia. Since 1995, Doug has successfully represented area landlords in leasing millions of square feet.
Current and previous landlord clients include: PGIM, Blackstone, Illinois Teachers, Brickman Associates, L&B Realty, UBS Realty Investors, Transwestern Investors, Franklin Street Properties, RECAP, Lowe Enterprises, Invesco, RREEF, Great Point Investors, Bernstein Consortium Funds, Garrett Development, Doswell & Company, DWS, Opal, PNC Realty Investors, Royco, Boyd Waterson, Grubb Properties, COPT Defense, Wheelock, RMR, Drawbridge, State Street Bank, Ritz Bank, New Boston Funds, Fortress and Goldman Sachs Whitehall Funds.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Doug worked for Manekin Corporation as a Leasing Associate from 1993 to 1995. From 1992 to 1993 he functioned as Market Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield of Northern Virginia.
