Duncan Slidell

Based in Washington D.C., Duncan Slidell is responsible for new business acquisition, management of strategic operations, and the development, construction, and delivery of multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Duncan was the Executive Vice President of Willow Bridge (formerly Lincoln Property Company’s residential division) where he played an active role in leading the growth of the company’s Mid-Atlantic division, through its sale to Cadillac Fairview in 2023.  The Mid-Atlantic team managed approximately 16,000 units and developed and/or acquired nearly $1B in assets over his 9-year tenure. Duncan has over 23 years of experience in the acquisition, finance, and development of residential projects including master planned communities, condos, townhomes, single-family homes, market-rate and affordable apartments, as well as complex urban infill projects in the Mid-Atlantic area. Prior to his tenure with Willow Bridge, Duncan was Vice President of The Bozzuto Group, where he played an active role in financing and developing approximately 4,800 residential units totaling approximately $700 million in assets.
