Emily Johnson Moghadam serves as the Head of Lease Administration & Compliance for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. In this role, she leads the Lease Administration & Compliance service line, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the portfolio while advancing policies, procedures, and process efficiencies that elevate client satisfaction and promote standardized best practices.

Since joining Lincoln in 2008, Emily has been a trusted leader and a key driver of operational excellence. She brings extensive expertise in lease transactions; hospital and physician acquisitions and divestitures; Stark and Anti‑Kickback compliance; onboarding and transitioning new lease administration accounts; conflict resolution; and comprehensive client service. Within Healthcare Real Estate Compliance, Emily oversees audits, documentation, training, and governance efforts that protect the organization and mitigate risk through rigorous regulatory adherence.
