Filip Šperňák currently serves as Co-Managing Director & Investment Director at Lincoln Property Company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Over the past nine years, he has played a key role in establishing and expanding Lincoln’s operations across Europe. His core expertise lies in transactions, financing, and structuring of all Lincoln deals in the region.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Filip worked in the finance team GE Capital / Moneta Bank, where he was responsible for the financial performance and pricing of real estate and corporate transactions, as well as retail banking products.
