Isaac Hernandez serves as the Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) group, where his expertise ensures seamless project delivery for significant occupier projects across the West Coast. With over 15 years of experience, Isaac has honed his skills in managing multiple simultaneous assignments from inception through completion. His extensive knowledge encompasses project planning, development, contract and lease negotiation, selection, onboarding, coordination of project teams, and occupancy management.

Before joining Lincoln, Isaac held positions with increasing responsibility within the project management division of major global real estate services firms. His portfolio includes overseeing the design and build-out of a diverse array of product types, ranging from corporate offices and data centers to retail developments, specialty retail, healthcare and medical office properties, life science projects with specialized laboratories, and industrial facilities.

Isaac has successfully delivered projects on behalf of institutional ownerships and large corporate occupier clients, including Group Health Cooperative, Ciena Communications, Invesco, Heitman, AECOM, TIAA-CREFF, CBRE Global Investors, CalSTRS, Union Bank, Siemens, Tejon Ranch Company, and GLP.
