Jacob Emery

Jacob Emery is a Director within the Investment Management division of Lincoln Property Company, working on two separate accounts. In his role, Jacob specializes in logistics assets nationwide with a focus on acquisitions. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has closed 7.1 million square feet of logistics assets valued at $1.1 billion. Additionally, Jacob serves as the asset manager of a 1.5 million square feet portfolio across nine assets, overseeing leasing, financing and disposition efforts. He also spends time working on portfolio management duties on the two separate accounts.
