Jeff Pisano

Jeff Pisano leads Trigild’s asset management and advisory platform, powered by Lincoln, bringing over 20 years of experience investing in, restructuring, and creating value across complex commercial and multifamily portfolios. Across his tenures at JPMorgan Global Real Assets, WeWork Capital Advisors, and Island Capital / C-III Partners, he has managed a combined real estate portfolio exceeding $15 billion — roughly 11 million square feet of office, 4.6 million square feet of retail, nearly 23,000 residential units, and approximately 2,500 hotel keys — and has overseen approximately $6.1 billion of asset dispositions and $2.4 billion of refinancings and loan modifications. He pairs hands-on operational leadership with deep restructuring and risk-management discipline across distressed and value-add assets — precisely the profile lenders, servicers, and securitized investors rely on when stabilizing and resolving troubled real estate.

Most recently, as Head of Asset Management at Island Capital / C-III Partners, Jeff oversaw a ~$5 billion diversified portfolio of troubled and distressed office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality assets across four closed-end funds. Earlier he served as Managing Partner at WeWork Capital Advisors, where he managed a ~$3.8 billion portfolio across a third-party investment management platform, and spent more than a decade as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Global Real Assets, including navigating a $500 million closed-end value-add fund ($1.4 billion in gross asset value) through the Great Recession. He brings particular depth in New York City rent-regulated and affordable housing — managing Article XI and Article IV (Mitchell-Lama) portfolios, project-based Section 8 and income-restricted assets, and complex rent-stabilized holdings across the full regulatory toolkit, including DHCR and HPD, J-51 and MCI programs, the 610 Amendment, and 40-year regulatory agreements.
