Jenifer Ratcliffe

Jenifer Ratcliffe has more than 35 years of experience in real estate investment management. At Lincoln Property Company, she is responsible for portfolio and asset-level strategy development and implementation for a $2.3 billion state pension fund portfolio. Since 2000, Jenifer has overseen the acquisition of more than $2.6 billion and the disposition of more than $2.8 billion of office, medical office, retail and multi-family real estate assets on behalf of the fund.

Before joining Lincoln in 1996, Jenifer handled corporate and project finance activities at the West Group, a Mid-Atlantic region owner and developer, served as s a Vice President at First Union Bank in the special assets group, and provided consulting and valuation services at Arthur Andersen.
