Jennifer Lundmark

Jennifer Lundmark plays a pivotal role in advancing Lincoln Property Company’s investment management division through a full range of global business development activities.

At Lincoln, Jennifer spearheads the firm’s investor relations strategy, acting as a critical connection between Lincoln and its institutional investors, financial advisors, and key stakeholders. Her responsibilities include fostering and cultivating strong investor relationships, as well as driving initiatives focused on capital raising, market expansion, and elevating the firm’s market presence.

Jennifer’s extensive career spans prominent roles at leading firms. Before joining Lincoln, she served as Global Head of Distribution for Manulife Investment’s Private Markets division, where she led a team both regionally and globally.  She spearheaded efforts related to institutional public and private markets, including public equities, fixed income, real estate, infrastructure, timber, agriculture, private equity, and credit. Her accomplishments also include leadership roles at American Realty Advisors as Director of marketing and client services, was responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing institutional business relationships for the firm’s open-ended core and value-added real estate strategies, and Goldman Sachs as vice president within their investment management division, where she contributed to the firm’s expertise in alternative investments and real estate.

Jennifer is a FINRA registered representative and holds Series 7 and 24 licenses.
