Joe Hartmann

Joe Hartmann is a Business Development Manager within Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) group, supporting client growth and portfolio strategy across the East Region. In this role, Joe focuses on driving new business development efforts, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored real estate solutions to support multi-market occupier portfolios.

Joe has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having led real estate service accounts for more than 100 occupier and investor clients across healthcare, government, education, financial services, and retail sectors. Prior to joining Lincoln, he held senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, and CBRE, where he was responsible for strategic account management, transaction and facility services, and portfolio oversight on both national and international scales. Joe’s track record includes generating over $45M in new business, expanding service offerings, and building high-performing teams across the U.S.
