John Dolan

John Dolan joined Lincoln in 2025 as Managing Director of New England Brokerage. With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, he oversees brokerage operations, recruitment, and business development efforts across Greater Boston.

Prior to joining Lincoln, John spent five years at Avison Young, most recently as Principal & Managing Director of New England operations. Before moving into management, John primarily advised tenants, representing clients on office and industrial requirements locally, nationally and globally.

Earlier in his career, John spent nearly nine years with McCall & Almy and five years as Assistant Vice President at Colliers International. He began his career in media and brand management, holding roles as a radio producer in Boston and New Business Development Manager at Cramer.

A respected industry leader, John served as President of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) in 2018 and was a member of its Executive Committee from 2016 to 2021. He received the CBA’s Creative Deal of the Year Award in 2014 and Suburban Deal of the Year Award in 2017. John is also active with CoreNet New England, the Real Estate Finance Association, and serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund, which provides need-based college scholarships to students who have worked in golf.

Outside of real estate, John is a familiar voice to Boston sports fans. For more than 20 years, he has been a public address announcer for teams and events including the Boston Bruins, Boston College, New England Patriots, New York Knicks, and the Beanpot and Hockey East hockey tournaments.
