John Farley is a Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, overseeing Property Management, Construction, and Development across Connecticut, Westchester, and Long Island. Operating out of offices in Greenwich, Hamden, and Hartford, CT, John manages diverse portfolios for a wide range of clients, including Northpath Investments, UBS, Starwood, and CorePlus.
John brings a wealth of expertise in real estate development and financial analysis. Before joining Lincoln, he served as an Analyst with IBM Global Services Finance and was the Managing Partner of a family office. He has successfully developed multiple residential projects from entitlements to occupancy and managed award-winning historic restorations of office/medical and hospitality properties. John’s knowledge of real estate markets combined with his financial analytical skills create a perfect match to identify, analyze, plan, and implement successful real estate management strategies.
