Jordan Clarke, CFA

As a member of the Acquisition and Development team, Jordan is responsible for collaborating in the sourcing, structuring, and underwriting of real estate transactions throughout Central and Northern Florida. While at Lincoln Property Company Jordan has underwritten hundreds of commercial properties across the major asset classes and has been directly involved in Development, Acquisitions, and Dispositions valuing $481 million.

Prior to Joining Lincoln, Jordan received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from The University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Florida International University. Jordan is Argus Certified and a CFA Charter Holder.
