Joselito Arca

Joselito Arca is a Director of Solutions Engineering within Lincoln Property Company’s Data Center Group, where he leads data center design and technical solutions strategy. In this role, Joselito is responsible for advancing Lincoln’s data center capabilities by delivering integrated, high-performance design solutions that support development, operations, and client objectives across the firm’s national platform.

Joselito brings a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing experience, with a career spanning both engineering execution and solutions advisory. Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as a Data Center Project Engineer with Amazon Web Services, where he supported the design and delivery of large-scale, mission-critical facilities. He also held the role of Senior Sales Engineer at Digital Realty, partnering with enterprise clients to develop tailored data center solutions and drive project execution.

With deep experience in high-performance computing (HPC) environments, Joselito has led complex RFP processes, conducted engineering site audits, and managed large-scale contract administration for sophisticated data center initiatives. His ability to bridge technical requirements with business objectives enables Lincoln to deliver scalable, efficient solutions for operators, investors, and end users.

Joselito is a LEED®️ Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University. He is an active member of IEEE and ASHRAE.
