Josh Meltzer

Josh Meltzer joined Lincoln Property Company in 2025 as Executive Vice President within the firm’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) platform. Based in Los Angeles, he brings over two decades of experience advising corporate occupiers on complex, multi-market real estate strategies and portfolio optimization initiatives. His client-focused approach leverages Lincoln’s integrated advisory and transaction management platform to create tenant leverage, reduce occupancy costs and align real estate solutions with broader business objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Josh spent more than 17 years at Savills, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director, where he advised office and luxury retail tenants on domestic and international roll outs, leading more than 10 million square feet in transactions. His practice focuses on delivering strategic consulting and brokerage solutions that help corporate occupiers maximize flexibility, operational efficiency, and long-term portfolio value.
