Justin Hitt

Justin Hitt serves as a Senior Business Development Manager within Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience spanning onsite operations, consultative outsourcing, and portfolio management, Justin focuses on using a collaborative, high-energy process to create exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders, 

Prior to joining Lincoln, Justin served as a Client Solutions manager for CBRE’s Local Facilities Management segment. There, he supported over 5 million square feet of first-generation FM outsourcing, established a US FM practice for museums, and mentored dozens of colleagues. Earlier in his career he managed over 3 million square feet of office and industrial space as the sole Portfolio Manager for ERP Funds in Midland, TX.  

Justin lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Tausha and their 3 children. When he’s not supporting one of the kids with their sports (baseball, figure skating, color guard), he’s working on landscaping, playing with his Australian Shepherd Duke, or staying fit.
