Kathy Valentine

Collaborating closely with executives and senior leadership, Kathy Valentine works to align human resources strategies with Lincoln Property Company’s corporate and regional goals. When she joined the company in 2024, she brought with her exceptional proficiency in various aspects of human resources, including performance management, employee relations, learning and development, regulatory compliance, compensation, and benefits, and fostering positive work cultures.

Before joining Lincoln, Kathy spent 17 years as Vice President at RiverRock Real Estate Group, where she spearheaded HR initiatives to support the company’s expansion from 30 to 150 employees, leading to the company being awarded the title of “Best Places to Work in Orange County” for 14 consecutive years. Prior to her role at RiverRock, she served as the Human Resources Manager at Home Loan Funding, where she managed all HR functions, oversaw health plans and other benefits, and implemented security measures to safeguard customer information.
