Laramie Bracken specializes in retail leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and retail investment properties. Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, he has advised landlords, tenants, developers and investors throughout Southern Nevada and the Southwest.

Laramie joined Gatski Commercial in 2007, prior to the firm’s integration with Lincoln Property Company. His experience spans site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, renewals and expansions, acquisitions and dispositions, shopping center merchandising, and retail leasing strategy. His work representing both owners and occupiers gives him a balanced perspective and a practical approach to creating long-term value.
