Lee Grinspoon

Lee Grinspoon works within Lincoln Property Company’s Investment Management team and is based in Chicago. With a specialization in the logistics sector, his work is centered around acquisition and development efforts across the nation. He is also involved in asset management across select markets, portfolio management for existing investment vehicles, and he supports fundraising and capital formation efforts.

Since joining Lincoln in 2021, Lee has played a key role in more than $850 million of acquisition and disposition activity. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at City Realty Group in Boston, concentrating on multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions.
