As Sustainability Strategist at Lincoln Property Company, Lindsey Pierson leads a team of seasoned professionals in developing and implementing robust corporate and client-specific Sustainability programs. She and her team have created a customizable, client-centric Sustainability Playbook that allows Lincoln to meet clients’ unique goals across asset classes. By leveraging innovative technologies and strategies for energy efficiency and decarbonization across operating assets and development projects, Lindsey is propelling Lincoln’s most forward-thinking Sustainability programs and service offerings.

With a background in project management, Lindsey is dedicated to fostering collaboration across all departments at Lincoln to enhance the company’s Sustainability program. She employs a data-driven approach to Sustainability, emphasizing aggregation, quality control, and analysis of data for ongoing program evolvement and use in internal and external reporting. She has led the effort in registering Lincoln as a WELL at Scale participant, Fitwel Champion, and participant in the LEED Volume program for Industrial Assets.
