Liron Nelik joined Lincoln Property Company in 2025 as Executive Vice President within the firm’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) platform. Based in Los Angeles, he brings more than 20 years of experience advising corporate occupiers on complex, multi-market real estate strategies. His approach is centered on leveraging Lincoln’s integrated advisory and transaction management platform to create tenant-side leverage and deliver cost-effective real estate solutions aligned with each client’s broader business objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Liron spent more than two decades at Savills, most recently serving as Vice Chairman within the firm’s Corporate Services Group. Throughout his career, he has represented Fortune 500 companies across domestic and international markets and has led more than 25 million square feet in transactions. He built his practice on long-term client relationships and a deep understanding of the operational and financial drivers behind enterprise real estate decision-making.
