Madison Davis

Madison Davis is the Business Development Strategist for Lincoln Property Company. In this role, she drives strategic growth initiatives by creating tailored proposals and pitches for prospective clients, developing pipeline strategies to optimize business opportunities, and supporting the business development team through the creation of scalable policies, procedures, and templates. Madison works closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s market presence and operational efficiency. She continues to cultivate strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders, supporting Lincoln’s mission of delivering exceptional real estate solutions across a diverse portfolio. 

Prior to joining Lincoln, Madison served as an Account Manager at CBRE, leading a team of over 15 engineering professionals across multiple states, and managing services for technology and healthcare clients. Other roles at CBRE included Divisional Business Operations Manager and Account Operations Manager, where she excelled in team onboarding, training program development, managing large-scale account transitions, and improving communication strategies. Madison also obtained her California Real Estate license in order to manage a portfolio of over 1.6 million sq. ft. of medical office space in Orange County.
