Maj Nixon is a Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) team, specializing in Occupier Projects and Facilities Management. With a robust career spanning over 20 years, Maj has garnered extensive experience managing commercial real estate portfolios and capital projects with an emphasis on construction and facilities management for projects as large as $1 billion. She has a proven track record of overseeing a diverse range of projects, from construction and relocation to consolidation and expansion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards. Proficient in strategic planning, data analysis, and portfolio management, Maj places a strong focus on sustainable practices.

Before joining Lincoln in 2024, Maj was the Global Head of Real Estate for Hulu. Following the Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of Hulu, she took on the role of Global Lead of Workplace Experience, overseeing Disney’s streaming offices in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and Beijing, China. Additionally, her career includes tenures at renowned Fortune 500 companies, such as Comcast, NBCUniversal and Netflix. Maj is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and solid ability to build and motivate teams. She fosters a positive work environment and consistently achieves exceptional results.
