Marc Cucco
Senior Vice President, Development

As Senior Vice President of Development, Marc is responsible for the design, construction, and delivery of all product types in Austin and San Antonio. He specializes in a range of development activities, including entitlements, design management, consultant coordination, budget and contract negotiation, value engineering, and effectuation of tenant leases.
Prior to joining Lincoln in 2022, Marc worked as a Developer in Los Angeles at Urban Offerings and as a Senior Designer at Gensler. He has delivered numerous projects over the span of his career, including multifamily, Class A office, creative office, and mixed-use masterplans, on sites ranging from greenfield to urban infill and adaptive reuse.
Marc holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, a Master of Architecture from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of ULI. In his free time, Marc enjoys exploring Austin and traveling with his wife and two sons.
